Conduct meetings via audio, video, and web platforms using your iPad and iPhone whenever inspiration strikes. Engage in discussions within a virtual space, regardless of your location or desired participants.

Spaces offer enhanced virtual meeting rooms for improved collaboration. Reunite with your project team in a space to access previous notes and agendas effortlessly. Your space remains open for use at any time, promoting continuous connectivity.

Accessing Your Space:

• If your organization utilizes Cisco Meeting Server, access your space by downloading the client application and logging in. Then, select the desired space and initiate communication by pressing the designated button.
• Upon accessing a space, utilize the directory search feature to invite additional participants. For external invitations, share the weblink provided under "Space Info." Invitees can securely join video calls using their web browser.
